Up itow MetaphoneString
This turns an integer number into english words.
For example: itow(1234567890) gives: "One Hundred and Twenty Three Million Four Hundred and Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety"

There are two versions of the class,
one uses the Standard Template Library string class,
the other uses the MFC CString class.
The std::string version is the default.
To use MFC CString Version comment out the line:
#define UseSTLstring
Usage:

std::string Version:
std::string s=Citow::itow(100100);
MFC CString Version:
CString S=Citow::itow(100100);
